I'm a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults and children through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in community mental health settings, palliative care, public schools and child care services-experiences that have deeply shaped my understanding of what it means to heal, grow, and thrive.
Throughout my personal and professional journey, mindfulness and holistic wellness have been at the heart of my approach. I believe that true emotional healing involves more than just managing symptoms-it's about nurturing the whole self: mind, body and spirit.
At Graceful Growth Healing, I offer a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access a variety of supportive practices. This includes meditation, spiritual and wellness workshops, holistic health coaching, aromatherapy, social gatherings, and more. When needed, I also help clients connect with their primary care providers or other trusted professionals in the community.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your truest self.

Rev. Christopher Reece Carver, B.Msc., affectionately known as “Vissy,” comes from Sylva, North Carolina. At 42 years old, he has dedicated 20 years to the field of cosmetology, harmonizing external beauty with inner well-being.
In 2015, Vissy began leading meditation sessions at The Meditation Center. Following a cancer diagnosis in 202

Additionally, Graceful Growth Healing has two office suites and a group room on the first floor of the building. We are also blessed with outdoor space that can be utilized for special events such as outdoor yoga or other activities.
